Love… On a Neon Sign

Love, God’s Love, if it could be a neon sign! Oh, but wait a minute, it is… His love is written upon the hearts of those He has given to us, our husbands, wives, children, parents, family members, friends, neighbors, and the stranger. His love flashes in the rays of the sun, in the glowing of the moon and twinkling of the stars. His love is in the embracing moments of the clouds. His love is in the drops of rain that fall upon us. His love is in the beauty of the snow. His love surrounds us daily in our ups and downs, our sad moments of life and death. The question is do we see HIM blinking in those moments?

Today as we celebrate Valentine’s Day, I pray we look around and see all the beauty HE has given us. I pray that we will know deep in our hearts that we are very LOVED! “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life.” John 3:16

Let us ponder a moment on the word might… the word might gives a choice. I pray that you and I choose LOVE!! That we choose to see God’s love blinking like a neon sign all throughout our day and night!
